WHEEL ALIGNMENT
The cheapest service that protects your most expensive consumable
Alignment is three angles — camber, caster and toe — measured at each wheel against what your manufacturer specified. When they drift, nothing breaks straight away. The car just pulls, the steering wheel sits crooked, and a set of tires wears out thousands of miles early.
Phoenix roads push those angles around more than most: expansion joints, construction plates and the occasional pothole move suspension geometry a little at a time. We measure before and after, and you get the numbers either way — including the times it turns out the alignment is fine and something else is causing the pull.

WHEN TO COME IN
Signs your alignment is off
Alignment problems do not settle down on their own, and every mile you drive on them costs tread.
◑
The car pulls to one side
On a flat, straight road you are holding the wheel against a steady drift. Usually toe or camber — sometimes a tire.
◉
Steering wheel sits crooked
You are driving straight but the wheel is off-centre. Where it rests is set by alignment, not by the steering column.
◍
Tires worn on one edge
Feathered or one-sided wear is the classic signature. Once the tread is gone it does not come back.
◎
Steering wanders or feels loose
The car needs constant small corrections to hold a lane. Worth measuring the suspension as well as the angles.
◐
You hit a pothole or a kerb
One good impact is enough to move a setting. Check it before your tires pay for it.
◈
New tires or suspension work
Fresh tires deserve correct angles, and anything that unbolts suspension changes them.

QUESTIONS WE GET EVERY WEEK
Wheel alignment FAQ
How often should I get an alignment?
Once a year is a sensible baseline, plus any time you fit new tires, have suspension work done, or hit something hard enough to make you wince. If the car already pulls or the wheel is crooked, do not wait for the yearly check.
Is this a two-wheel or a four-wheel alignment?
We measure all four wheels every time, because the rear angles decide where the car actually points. Which wheels can be adjusted depends on your vehicle — plenty of rear suspensions are not adjustable from the factory, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.
How long does an alignment take?
Usually about an hour once the car is on the rack, longer if we find a worn part that has to be replaced first. Wait in the lounge with free coffee and Wi-Fi, or take a complimentary Uber or Lyft within 5 miles.
How much does an alignment cost?
It depends on your vehicle and on whether anything needs replacing before the angles will hold. You get a RepairPal fair-price estimate before we start, and we call you before doing anything beyond the alignment itself.
Will an alignment fix my vibration?
Usually not. A vibration at speed is normally wheel balance or a bent wheel; alignment fixes pulling, crooked steering and uneven wear. We check both, so you are not paying for the wrong repair.
My car still pulls after an alignment — why?
Most often a tire. A shifted belt or uneven wear pulls the car even with perfect angles, and road crown or a dragging brake can do it too. We swap tires side to side to confirm before assuming the alignment is wrong.
