How many vehicles do I need for this?
There is no minimum that makes sense as a rule. If you run two or more vehicles the business depends on, having one shop that knows all of them already saves you time.
What kinds of vehicles do you take?
Cars, vans, pickups and light-duty work trucks, gas or diesel, including European makes. If you are running something unusual, call and ask before you plan around it.
Can you work around our schedule?
That is the point of setting it up. Tell us which vehicles can be spared and when, and we plan maintenance into those windows rather than reacting to breakdowns.
How does approval and billing work?
The same as for any customer, just organised per vehicle: a written estimate with a RepairPal fair-price comparison, your approval before work begins, and an invoice that says what was done to which vehicle.
Do you keep records for each vehicle?
Yes. Knowing what was done and when is most of what makes fleet maintenance cheaper than fleet repair — it stops the same work being done twice and catches what is coming due.
Do you handle emissions and inspections?
We do the repairs that get a vehicle through the state emissions test; the testing itself is done by the state at its own stations. If a fleet vehicle fails, bring us the report and we will sort out the repair.
