Who we are
Jimmy G’s Automotive is a family-owned auto repair shop with two locations in the Phoenix valley. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — not the paperwork you sign in the shop.

Information you give us
When you book an appointment or send us a message through a form on this site, we ask for the details we need to call you back and get your vehicle scheduled: your name, phone number, email address, the location you want to visit, information about your vehicle and whatever you write in the message field.
That is all we ask for. Do not send payment card numbers, driver’s licence numbers or other sensitive documents through the website — this site takes no payments and has no reason to hold them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you open, the address of the page that sent you here, rough location based on your IP address, and the type of browser and device you use. We use it to see which pages people actually read and whether the site works on their phones.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your request, schedule and perform the work on your vehicle, follow up about that work, and keep our own records of it. We use the technical information to keep the site running and to understand how it is used.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. If you ever hear from us about a promotion, it will be because you asked us to, and every such message will have a way to stop it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technology in two ways. WordPress and the page builder set a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics set cookies that measure traffic — how many people visit, which pages they read, which links they came from.

Some parts of the page are supplied by other companies, and those companies see that your browser loaded their content:

- Instagram / Meta — the photo feed from our Instagram account.
Each of these companies handles that data under its own privacy policy, not ours.
Who else sees your information
Inside the shop, your information is seen by the people who need it to do the work. Outside it, we share information only with the companies that run our website, email and shop management systems, and only so they can provide those services to us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our staff or our customers.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are stored in the website and in our email for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the work. Service records for your vehicle are kept as long as our business and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete a form submission at any time.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the website and to form submissions is limited to people who need it, and the site is kept up to date. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state’s privacy law. To make a request, contact us using the details below — we may need to verify who you are before we act on it.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other sites — Google Maps, our Instagram and Facebook profiles, and others. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else’s website, and this policy no longer applies.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
